To Arthur Henry Lee, of the Avenue Works, Cambridge, in the county of Cambridge, Engineer, for the invention of "improvements in bicycle stands for holding, cleaning, adjusting, and tightening the bearings and cones of bicycles and for holding bicycles in a vertical position."'[1]
