1916 Obituary 
ARTHUR TREWBY, M.A. (Cantab.), youngest son of the late Mr. G. C. Trewby, M. Inst. C.E., was born on the 9th February, 1880, and was killed in action on the 17th May, 1915.
On leaving the University he was for some years with Messrs. Baker and Hurtzig, and after completing his training he was appointed by the late Sir Benjamin Baker, Past-President, to be Resident Engineer on the Walney Swing-bridge, Barrow-in-Furness, for an account of which, contributed to the Proceedings, he gained the Watt Medal.
He was elected an Associate Member on the 7th March, 1905.
