1924 Bendix Corporation was formally established in the USA, maker of brakes and other equipment for cars, etc

At some point set up subsidiary company in Birmingham. Bendix-Perrot Brakes made brake systems.

They also made servo brake systems[1] and drive systems for cars.

1937 Brake manufacturers. [2]

By 1938 had been acquired by Joseph Lucas Ltd
