1926 Company formed by G. Readings, initially purchased 3 motor coaches, operating services from Cheltenham

1930 Black and White was the largest long-distance operator in the country. Acquired by Midland Red Co and Bristol Tramways and Carriage Co

1931 acquired St. Margaret’s in Cheltenham as its base serving the country.

1980s Demand for the services declined substantially.

1987 The St Margaret’s bus station was closed.
