1904 January 19th. Company incorporated.[1]

1905 October. 'The Bombay Motor Car Company, Limited, have been appointed agents for "Argyll" cars as from October 1st. Their district will embrace a wide area, comprising Western and Northern India, the Central Provinces, and adjoining native states. "Argyll" cars are already well known in India, and doubtless with the great facilities possessed by the Bombay Company for bringing them into public notice, they will in the near future add to their reputation in our Indian Empire. A stock of cars will be maintained at the Company's head quarters in Bombay.'[2]
