Bound Brook Bearings of Lichfield.

1922 Company founded when E. J. Hardy and Co acquired from Bound Brook Oil-Less Bearing Co of USA rights to manufacture oil-less bearings in UK and British Empire[1].

1942 Bound Brook Bearings formed as a private company subsidiary of Hardy Spicer and Co[2] which was a subsidiary of Birfield Industries

By 1950 Bound Brook Bearings Ltd was a subsidiary of Birfield Industries Ltd[3].

1952 Name changed.

1961 Powdered metal fabricators and oil retaining bearing manufacturers. 300 employees.

1963 Motor Show exhibitor. Bushes and bearings.

1967 On GKN's acquisition of the parent company presumably became GKN Bound Brook
