1893 Became Claud Hamilton

1898 The company was registered on 13 October, to take over the business of electrical engineers of a private company of the same name. [1][2]

1899 Took over Rennie and Prosser, motor car engineers of Glasgow

1909 Completed the installation of electric lighting, heating, bells and telephones in the King's new yacht, Alexandra as well as the turbine yacht Vanadis and steam yacht Liberty[3]
