1947 The Gallay interior heater and wind screen de-froster, using the water in the engine cooling system, was announced by Delaney Gallay[2]

1959 Acquired by the Linen Thread Co; C. T. Delaney was managing director.[3]
1960 Linen Thread had leased a factory at Barking for Delaney Gallay's expansion.[4]
1961 Maker of safety belts for cars. Was a subsidiary of Lindustries[5]
1963 Agreement with Robinson Technical Products of America which gave the company sole manufacturing and marketing rights in the U.K. for specialized mountings and anti-vibration systems developed by Robinsons. Delaney Gallay will use the name Vibrashock for the product; set up a vibration laboratory to provide development facilities.[6]
