1890 Applied for Provisional Orders for lighting Leeds, and for lighting Maidstone[1]

1891 Works established at Springfield, Wells-road, Upper Sydenham, to provide electricity for lighting the Crystal Palace for the 1892 Crystal Palace Electrical Exhibition. Colonel Lewis Vivian Loyd was chairman of the company.

1891 Application to transfer powers granted under the relevant Order for lighting in Oxford to the Oxford Electric Co[2]
