1964 Formation as subsidiary of Elliott Automation[1]

1965 Developed automatic control for British Admiral, the largest ship ever built in Britain, and other automatic controls for the propulsion systems and for auxiliary machinery in ships.

1968 After the take-over by GEC became part of GEC-Elliott Automation[2]
