1961 Subsidiary of Enfield Rolling Mills[1]

1961 Transfer of Mersey Cable Works from Tube Investments to the company[2]

1964 Standard Telephones and Cables exited from power cables and sold its 44 percent interest in the company to Enfield Rolling Mills[3]

1965 Delta Metal Co had acquired the outstanding shares in the company[4]

1969 Pirelli-General Cable Works and Enfield Standard would set up a joint company to rationalise production, under the stimulus of the Industrial Reorganisation Corporation[5]
