Fergus Motors of America, Newark, New Jersey - American built automobile

'The team of Joe Ferguson, James McKee, Roland Chilton and Frank Eves designed and built at least two Fergus cars before a row in 1914 which ended with Joe leaving for America and taking his plans with him. At home, Harry joined McKee, Chilton and Eves to build the follow-on to the Fergus - the O. D. Car'[1]

Because of WW1, production was planned to commence in USA but only a couple were made
