By 1960 was a subsidiary of Joseph Lucas (Industries)[2]
1960 Formation of L. C. E. Ltd, a joint venture with Collins Radio Co of America to produce ground equipment for the VOR radio beacon system. A factory would be built in North west London.
1961 Commenced work on lasers; production began the following year.[3]
1983 Renamed Bradley Electronics Limited
1985 Formation of Lucas Bradley Electronics Limited of Solihull
