'... the Partnership heretofore subsisting between us, the undersigned, Julius Banquet Garty and Reginald Daniel, carrying on business as Motor and Electrical Engineers, at 16, Balham-hill, in the county of London, under the style or firm of "GARTY AND DANIEL," has been dissolved by mutual consent as from the sixth day of December, 1922.
