1901 George Albert Ure was an ironfounder, living in his father's house in Denny [2]

1903 George Albert Ure, a director of Smith and Wellstood, gained his first (of many) patents, for a method of adapting anthracite and other self contained stoves to ordinary fireplace openings.

1947 Died in Bonnybridge[3]
