1891 Living at 30 Casleigh Road, Hampstead: Hamilton Hobson (age 21 born Kingsland, London), a Commercial Traveller. With his wife Alice E. Hobson (age 20 born Ponders End). One servant.[2]

1901 Living at 24 Burton Road, Willesden: Hamilton Hobson (age 31 born Kingsland), Cycle and Accessories Manufactures Agent and Employer. With his wife Alice E. Hobson (age 30 born Ponders End) and their children Eric Hobson (age 5 born Brondesbury), Geoffrey H. Hobson (age 2 born Brondesbury) and Dorothy Ellen Hobson (age 9 born West Hampstead). With his wife (married 20 year with five children and four still living) Alice Hobson (age 40 born Ponders End) and their daughters Dorothy Hobson (age 19 born West Hampstead) and Marjorie Hobson (age 5 born Kilburn). Two servants.[4]
