1905 Commenced in motor industry oining Mr. (now Sir) J. D. Siddeley, then Dir. of Wolseley Tool (Fic Motor Car Co.; transferred with Mr. Siddeley in 1909 to Deasy Motor Co.

1914 Secretary of the Siddeley-Deasy Motor Car Co changes his name to Henry Peter Henry.[1]
