1892 J. Goddard, Works Manager at Humber's Beeston factory, left to found the firm of Humber, Cripps and Goddard (presumably with Mr W.F. Humber, only son of Thomas Humber, and R. Cripps) to make the Nelson cycle in Nottingham.
1892 Exhibited at the 1892 Stanley Cycle Show with their Nelson racers and roadsters
