And Samuel Fisher Ibbotson and Alfred Buckingham Ibbotson, of the firm of Ibbotson Brothers and Company, of Sheffield, in the county of York, Steel Manufacturers, have given the like notice in respect of the invention of "improvements in joints for uniting and securing the ends of railway rails."'[1]
