c. 1850 Company established by James E. Ridingbery, manufacturer of spinning tops.[1]

1868-71 James E. Ridingberry listed as a toy manufacturer in Lawrence Hill.[2][3]

1914 Company, then based at 38 Gloucester Lane, amalgamated with the toy manufacturer P. A. Grace, of Henry Street, Barrow Road to form Ridingbery and Co. Ltd..[4]
