1864 The company was registered on 25 July, to acquire the business of firm of the same name, as engineers and ironfounders. 
1866 Just opened new rolling mills and puddling furnaces covering an area of 340ft by 200ft with two chimneys 123 feet high. Longer description in The Engineer. 
1886 Two-cylinder hydraulic pumping engine supplied to the Royal Tunbridge Wells Gas Works.
1894 Changes to their engineering department mentioned. 
May have built a locomotive for their own use
