1832 Dissolution of the Partnership between John Jones and William Yates, of the Newton Viaduct Foundry, in Newton, in the County of Lancaster, Iron-Founders and Engineers; the said concern will in future be carried on by John Jones and Company[1]

1836 Partnership dissolved. '...hereby given, that the partnership heretofore subsisting between the undersigned John Jones and John Craig of Newton-in-the-Willows, in the county of Lancaster, engineers and ironfounders, and carried on under the firm of "John Jones and Company and Jones and Craig" was this day DISSOLVED by mutual consent. All debts now owing by, or to the said partnership, are to be paid by and to the said John Jones...'[2]
