1927 Private company incorporated and acquired the business of Archibald Douglas Powell

1937 Manufacturers of servicing equipment for aeroplane engines and bodies.

1963 Public company incorporated

1963 Motor Show exhibitor. Garage equipment.

1970 Tube Investments acquired the company[2]. Became part of Tube Investments' Machine Tools Division[3].

1983 FKI Electricals acquired 4 transport equipment companies including TI Bradbury[4]

1994 Wellman acquired several businesses from FKI including Bradbury[5]
