'... the Partnership heretofore subsisting between us the undersigned, Joseph Pritchard, Benjamin Thomas Cartwright Pritchard, and Zachariah John Pritchard, carrying on business as Boiler Makers, at Oldham Edge, within Oldham, in the county of Lancaster, under the firm of Joseph Pritchard and Sons, is this day dissolved by mutual consent, so far as regards the said Benjamin Thomas Cartwright Pritchard. All debts due to and owing by the concern will be received and paid by the said Joseph Pritchard and Zachariah John Pritchard, by whom the business will in future be carried on...'[1]
