1898 'Messrs. Josiah Guest and Sons, Victoria and Albert Iron Foundries, West Bromwich, have secured the contract to supply four new metal-rolling mills and the necessary gearing to Messrs. A. W. Mills and Co., Garrison lane, Birmingham.'[1]
