Kenelm Lee Guinness invented the KLG sparking plug. [1] He was from the famous brewing family.

1937 Kennelm Lee Guinness died.

1937 Manufacturers of sparking plugs and sparking plug wireless screens. "K.L.G." Sparking Plugs.[2]

1939 See Aircraft Industry Suppliers

c.1940 They set up a shadow factory at Treforest, in South Wales, to protect the business from bombing. The company produced approximately 13 million aircraft engine spark plugs during the conflict.[3] After the war production continued at Treforest and London.

1963 Motor Show exhibitor. Sparking plugs.[4]
