1911 Company moved to Imperial Works
1914 Manufacturers of "Imperial" horizontal and vertical gas, oil and spirit engines; suction gas plants. [1]
1919 The CD model introduced rated at 9 bhp.
c1928 Company went into liquidation.
Later the engines may have been made by Beechey, Lund and Co or Beechey, Many and Co
