1894 Advertisement: 'To be SOLD by TENDER, as a Going Concern, all that Long-established IRON and BRASS FOUNDRY and ENGINEERING WORKS known as the MELINGORWG FOUNDRY, situate at Upper boat, near Pontypridd, with Smithy and dwelling-houses connected therewith, the whole Property comprising about Five Acres, and abutting upon the Glamorganshire Canal, and held for a term of 99 years from May, 1887.
