1968 Mercury towing tractors were shown on the Dennis stand at the International Mechanical Handling Exhibition at Earls Court. Mercury made towing tractors capable of pulling loads up to 50 tons for use on airports. The Mercury airfield equipment division exhibited a range of Cargo King equipment designed for handling cargo and passengers in the jumbo jet era.
