1949 Advertising, in the Model Engineer, a well-specified lathe of 4" centre height, and 18" or 24" between centres.
In the 1950s they introduced the 'Bormilathe', which had an elevating headstock and tailstock and served as a lathe, horizontal boring machine, and milling machine.[1]
