Early 1900s purchased the power station that had been built at Worcester

1904 Acquired a Willesden power station

1926 Constructed a power station at Brimsdown near Enfield

1933 On the formation of the London Passenger Transport Board, the shares in the company owned by the Underground Electric Railways Co were sold[2].

1948 The North Metropolitan Power Station Company was nationalised[3]
