1911 Living at 8 Friars Road, Coventry: Oliver Charles Perkins (age 31 born Coventry), a Cycle and Motors(?) (Dealer) and Employer. With his wife (married five years with two children - one living) Florence Matilda Perkins (age 28 born Birmingham) and their daughter Clara Joyce Perkins (age 5 months born Coventry). One servant.[1]

1928 Executor of Will. '...Guy Perkins, late of 60, Chepstow-villas, Bayswater, London, Leather Merchant, deceased (who died on the 28th day of January, 1928, and whose will was proved by Oliver Charles Perkins, of "Dunkeld," Belvedere road, in the city of Coventry, Manufacturer, and Thomas Owen Roberts, of "Meldreth," Grosvenor road, Colwyn Bay, Gentleman, the executors therein named...'[2]
