1931 Name changed.
Late 1950s James Hanson and Gordon White bought the company
1961 Commercial vehicle distributors, motor engineers and bodybuilders. 250 employees. [1]
1964 James Hanson and Gordon White sold Oswald Tillotson to the Wiles Group, manufacturers of agricultural fertilizers and sacks, which subsequently became Hanson Trust
1970 Tillotson Commercial Motors became part of Lex Services as Lex Tillotson
