1947 British Industries Fair Advert as Manufacturers of Plastic Articles of every description for Travel and Leather Goods. The Latest in Plastics and Mouldings for all Purposes. (Earls Court, 1st Floor, Stand No. 858) [1]

1960 Acquired by Metal Closures Group as well as Permuta Closures[2]

Mid-1970s. The Company, which supplied airline bags to the World's Airways, was purchased by TOG 24. The business continued from a suite at the Piccadilly Hotel in central London, and was very successful until the early 1980s, when most customers switched production from the UK to the Far East.
