1899 Bow, M'Lachlan, & Company, Engineers, Paisley, and William Bow and John M'Lachlan, both Engineers, Paisley, retired, from the Copartnership of PATERSON,COOPER, & COMPANY, Electrical Engineers, Paisley. William Hamilton Willis Marshall and Wilfred Robert Vernet Marshall continued the Business under the Firm of PATERSON, COOPER, & COMPANY[1]

1905 Mr Ker, general manager, set himself up as consultant in electrical and mechanical engineering in Edinburgh[2]

1909 Company put into voluntary liquidation[3]

1911 Dissolution of the copartnery of PATERSON COOPER & COMPANY, Electrical Engineers, Paisley; the partners were Wilfrid R. V. Marshall and W. H. W. Marshall; agreement witnessed in London[4]
