1898 February 3rd. Married at Stafford to Julia Louise Frederica Smith (1873–1958)

1901 Living at 17 Routh Road, Wandsworth: Frederick Colyer (age 67 born London), Civil Engineer and Architect - Employer. With his wife Ana T. Colyer (age 56 born Islington) and their four children; Alice C. Colyer (age 31 born Forest Hill); Maud R. Colyer (age 19 born Brixton); Percy J. Colyer (age 29 born Forest Hill), Builder; and Cecil A. Colyer (age 21 born Brixton), Civil Engineer.

1911 Living at Elmcroft, Worcester Street, Stourbridge: Percy Colyer (age 40 born Forest Gate, London), Tool Manufacturer - Employer. With his wife Julia Colyer (age 38 born Dudley) and their two children; Bryan Colyer (age 8 born Stourbridge) and Marjorie Colyer (age 12 born Streatham).[1]

1937 August 30th. Died at Stourbridge.
