1933 Name changed to Pollard Bearings Ltd

1945 Advert for roller bearings (of Bearing Works, Tyburn Road, Erdington).[2]

1946 Expansion at the Erdington site was no longer possible to cope with increasing demand. The whole of the share capital was acquired by W. E. Hughes and Co Ltd[3]

1949 New factory built at Ferrybridge[4]

1951 The parent company was renamed Ferrybridge Industries

c.1957 Acquired Hanwell Engineering Co of Northampton[5]

1960 Makers of bearings.[6]

1961 Ball and roller bearings transmission equipment manufacturers.[7]

1969. Pollard Bearings and Power Transmissions.

Later became part of Pollard Ball and Roller Bearing Co and then Ransome Hoffmann Pollard Co.
