1967 Acquired the share and loan interest of Coventry Gauge in Humphris and Sons of Poole[8]
1967 Acquired Newick Engineering of Worcester[9]
1968 Acquired Star Engineering of Malvern[10]
1968 Acquired Prendiside from the liquidators of B. and K. Machinery[11]
1968 merger of Redman Tools and Heenan Group by one-for-one share offer for Heenan by Redman[12] forming Redman Heenan International.
