1891 The company was registered on 5 June, to acquire the businesses of cotton spinners of Thomas Reyner and Sons and J. B. Reyner and Brothers. [1]

1912 Company reformed as Reyners (1912)

1930 Acquired by the Lancashire Cotton Corporation.[2]
