1904 The company was registered on 25 February, under the title of the Rhodes Electrical Manufacturing Co.

1907 The directors, having decided to open a new department for the manufacture of automobiles, the name was, in February, changed to Rhodes Motors. [1]

1922 Products: dynamos and electric motors.
