1861 Living at Oakfield Road, Battersea: Richard Waygood (age 50 born Beaminster. With his wife Chatfield T. Waygood (age 25 born Poole) and their daughter Annie Waygood (age 9 born St. John's Wood). Also two visitors Richard Swatridge (age 19 born Beaminster) and William R. Green (age 22 born Poole), Engineer. Ono servant.[2]

1871 Living at Darley Villa, Oakfield Road, Penge: Richard Waygood (age 64 born Beaminster), Engineer. With his wife Chatfield T. Waygood (age 60 born Poole) and their daughter Annie S. Waygood (age 19 born St. John's Wood). Two servants.[3]

1879 October 5th. Died, formerly of Darley Villa, Penge, and afterwards of Laurel Bank, Exeter Road, Bournemouth. Probate to his widow Chatfield Thomson Waygood.
