1918 A two-seater armoured pusher biplane developed from the N.E.1. Armed with three Lewis guns (two forward and one rearward).

Designed for the 200-hp Hispano-Suiza it first flew on 28th March 1918 with a Sunbeam: Arab engine.

A second version designated Ram II was fitted with the Bentley: B.R.2 engine and a third machine Ram I was powered by the Arab engine.
