And also all that Steam Engine of fourteen horses’ power, with the engine house, reservoir, and appurtenances thereto belonging, situate in Ashton-under-lyne aforesaid. And also all that Edifice or Building, twelve yards long by four yards wide, used as a Blacksmith’s Shop, situate in Ashton-under-lyne aforesaid, and now in the occupation of Sampson Taylor......'[1]
