1826 'Notice is hereby given, that the sub-partnership between the undersigned, Archibald Kenrick, of West Bromwich, in the County of Stafford, Ironfounder, and Samuel Kenrick, of the same place, Ironfounder, as Iron-Masters, at Verleg-Hill, in the County of Monmouth (if any such sub-partnership ever existed), was dissolved upon the 15th day of August 1826.—Witness our hands the 23d day of July 1832.'

'...the Partnership heretofore subsisting between the undersigned, Archibald Kenrick, the elder, Samuel Kenrick, and Archibald Kenrick the younger, as Ironfounders, carrying on business at West Bromwich, in the County of Stafford, was dissolved on the 29th day of September 1827...'

'...that by an indenture, bearing date the 6th day of June 1849, Samuel Kenrick, of West Bromwich, in the county of Stafford, Ironfounder, and of Wrexham, in the county of Denbigh, Banker, hath conveyed and assigned all his estate and effects, whatsoever, to Archibald Kenrick and Timothy Kenrick, both of West Bromwich aforesaid, Ironfounders, as trustees, upon trust, for the benefit of all the creditors of him the said Samuel Kenrick; and that the said indenture was duly executed by the said Samuel Kenrick, on the said 6th day of June, by the said Timothy Kenrick, on the 9th day of June aforesaid, and by the said Archibald Kenrick, on the 13th day of June aforesaid...'
