1905 Partnership dissolved. '... the Partnership heretofore subsisting between us the undersigned, Frank Riddiough and John Thomas Hey, carrying on business as Ironmongers and Sheet Metal Workers, at Shipley, in the county of York, under the styles or firms of "RIDDIOUGH AND HEY" and "THE SHIPLEY METAL WORKING COMPANY," has been dissolved by mutual consent...'[2]
