1928 Partnership dissolved. '...any Partnership that may have subsisted between us, the undersigned, James Marshall Strachan and Walter Ernest Brown, carrying on business as coachbuilders and Motor Engineers, at Wales Farm-road, Acton, in the county of Middlesex, and Earls Court-road, Kensington, in the county of London, under the style or firm of STRACHAN AND BROWN, has been dissolved by mutual consent as and from the 17th day of October. 1928. All debts due to and owing by the said Strachan & Brown will be received and paid by the said James Marshall Strachan...'[1]
