Educated at Hele's School, Exeter

1873 Married Maud Cole

1911 Living at 1-3 John Street Exeter: Tom Linscott (age 68 born London), Pawnbroker. With his wife Maud and sister Catherine A. Linscott.[1]

1905/06 Mayor of Exeter.[2]

1918 December 24th. Died at John Street, Fore Street, Exeter. Probate to his widow Maud and to John George Linscott. Detailed obituary.[3]
