1880 Partnership between Charles Knowles Tomlinson and Charles John Hayward dissolved following Hayward's death.[1]

1927 Tomlinson and Hayward merged with McDougall and Robertson, William Cooper and Nephews, McDougall and Yalding and Abol to form Cooper, McDougall and Robertson.
