Twisteel Reinforcement Ltd. of 43 Upper Grosvenor Street, W.1; of Alma Street, Smethwick, Staffs; of 7 Oxford Road, Manchester.

1937 Factory built on the Government Trading Estate at Treforest, Glamorgan, taking all of its steel from the British (Guest Keen Baldwins) Iron and Steel Co's plant at Cardiff[1]

1940 A majority share was acquired by GKN[2]

1957 Renamed as GKN Reinforcements Ltd[3]
