1871 Callender and Amos, who had been Managers of the Val de Travers Asphalte Company Limited, were dissolved; W. O. Callender and Co. replaced them as managers.[1].
1871 The Val De Travers Asphalte Paving Co was registered on 15 February, to take over the business of the Val de Travers Asphalte Co.
